1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 776bd website and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 776bd (the "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any feature of the 776bd Platform following any published amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those amended Terms.

776bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at 776bd.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects when the current version entered into force.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 776bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 776bd strictly enforces a minimum age of 18 and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 776bd or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 776bd Platform or had an account closed for terms violations.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and using your own registered payment method for all transactions.

776bd actively implements age verification procedures. At any point, the Operator may request documentary proof of age, such as a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which satisfactory verification cannot be provided will be suspended pending review, and any withdrawals will be withheld until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access betting, casino games, and other features of the 776bd Platform, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information should any details change.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 776bd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method when registering. 776bd reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 776bd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your 776bd account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• Account ownership: 776bd accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

776bd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure, and you acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk with respect to the security of data transmitted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 776bd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 776bd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 776bd balance within 10 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered in your verified player account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general bonus conditions below apply to all offers unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified 776bd account and have met any stated minimum deposit or activity requirement for that offer.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse prevention: 776bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated bets, and close the accounts of players found to be exploiting promotional offers through arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Seasonal promotions: Promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup events are subject to additional terms specific to those campaigns. Such terms will be stated at the time the promotion is announced.

776bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its cancellation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any accrued qualifying wagering will be taken into account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 776bd Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only once a unique confirmation reference is issued to the player by the 776bd system. Bets placed at odds that were published in error are subject to being voided at the Operator's discretion.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets on cricket, football, and other markets are accepted subject to real-time risk management controls. 776bd may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum winnings: 776bd applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are stated in the individual sport rules sections. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid to the maximum threshold only.
• Game disconnection: If a disconnection occurs during a live casino game session due to technical failure on the player's side (including network issues common on Bangladeshi mobile networks), the outcome will be determined by the game provider's recorded server data, which is treated as conclusive.
• RNG certification: All slots and virtual games on 776bd use random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories. 776bd does not operate or control these RNGs; they are provided and certified by the respective game studios.
• Cricket markets: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh national team, official match results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) will be used to settle bets. Where there is a dispute, the governing body's ruling will be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 776bd Platform. Any player found to have engaged in these activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be voided. 776bd also reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where required.

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any technological means to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage against other participants.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 776bd Platform for any activity that violates anti-money-laundering laws or regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts, referred to as "gnoming", for the purpose of claiming multiple instances of the same bonus or promotional offer.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with 776bd.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

776bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity as determined by 776bd's internal review processes.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or directly to our support team.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 776bd will attempt to contact the player before any dormant account action is taken.

In the event of account closure due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be reviewed. If the breach involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of anti-money-laundering requirements, 776bd reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. In all other cases of closure, legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
